Fatima Gutierrez Jhong is the Site Director at the Skyway Family Success Center. She holds a B.A. in Psychology and a minor in Spanish. Fatima has worked with children and families of diverse backgrounds as an academic tutor, licensed soccer coach, and non-profit professional for 10 years. She strongly believes in the value of prevention, collaboration, and a strength-based approach. Her goal as a leader is to foster conversations around diversity and the protective factors at a community and individual level. She is passionate about creating a safe space where families can connect and thrive. Outside of work hours, Fatima enjoys going on hikes, painting, and tasting new cuisines.

Fayza Mohammad

Fayza Mohammad is the Family Partner at the Skyway Family Success Center. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a minor in communication disorders. Fayza speaks Arabic and enjoys working in such a diverse community. During her time with the Skyway Family Success Center, she has worked to bring educational, family orientated programs to strengthen families and bring different communities together. In her free time, Fayza enjoys reading, writing, and hiking.

Lissette Lewis

Lissette Lewis has a Bachelor’s Degree in Media Arts and speaks English and Spanish. She is a non-profit professional that has worked with families and children of diverse backgrounds throughout the Tri-State area. Her focus is on community engagement, marketing, and outreach. As a Volunteer and Community Partnership Coordinator in the Skyway Family Success Center, she develops community partnership collaborations, oversees the Volunteer and Internship programs, and facilitates programs for children and adults. She is passionate about creating a safe space where families can connect and thrive. Outside of work hours, Lissette enjoys spending time with her family, attending sports events, and traveling.
