Foster, Empower, Sustain.Volunteer & Internship Opportunities
Prevention Links offers a number of volunteer and internship opportunities across our divisions. Join our team!
Volunteer your skills and talents to enrich the programming at the Center in your local area! Invested participants may also join our Parent Advisory Committee to help guide the direction and impact of the Center. We also accept both bachelor’s and master’s level interns in psychology, social work, public health, and other related fields.
We are always seeking volunteers who are passionate about protecting our communities from substance misuse and its effects. Anyone who lives or works in Union County is welcome to join our Health and Wellness Coalition. We also accept both bachelor’s and master’s level interns in psychology, social work, public health, and other related fields.
Individuals who are in recovery, or who have a passion for helping those who are, are encouraged to become a volunteer with our recovery support division. We train recovery coaches and provide practicum hours for Certified Peer Recovery Specialists. We also have internship opportunities for Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselors as well as internships for bachelor’s and master’s level psychology, social work, public health, and related fields.
We also have internship & volunteer opportunities through our administrative offices. These internships are appropriate for fundraising and marketing, social media management, journalism, data analysis, nonprofit management, public administration, and related fields.
