Kevin JeanCharles is the Community Health Worker (CHW) and Volunteer and Community Partnership Coordinator (VCPC) at the Bayway Family Success Center. He has a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Public Administration. As a Community Health Worker, Kevin provides important health information related to Covid-19 and the Covid-19 vaccines by providing testing and vaccination updates from the CDC and the local government. In his role of VCPC he seeks potential partners and organizations to promote collaborations that support the community. Meeting the needs of the community is our main objective. Families know and feel that at the Bayway FSC we will do everything we can and exhaust all resources at our disposal to help connect them to the services they need. Kevin enjoys reading, working out and playing sports.

Saraih Harvey is the Community Health Worker (CHW) at the Bayway family success center. She is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Management. As a Community Health Worker, Saraih provides health education programs and assistance. Saraih Harvey’s goal is to make sure that her community has access to all the internal and external resources in the community to ensure that they get the assistance they need. Saraih enjoys self-care and spending quality time with family and friends.

Ashley Kassandra Castaneda is the Bayway Family Partner, who obtained her Associate’s Degree in Health Science and currently pursuing her Bachelor’s in Psychology and child development. Her goal is to later pursue a Master’s in Physician Assisting at South New Hampshire University. Ashley is passionate about advocating for Mental health, the inclusion of different cultures, strengthening the bonds within families, expanding children’s creativity, education, and building a strong connection to the community. Ashley also is passionate about connecting families with resources, services, and support. Ashley will continue to advocate for families and the community’s children in various forms, primarily through art programs to preventative care workshops and outreach events! Some of Ashley’s interests are hiking, reading poetry, photography, and art. She also indulges in the art of holistic healing and meditation.
