Welcome!
We are a community gathering place and safe haven. Our goal is to enrich the lives of children, reduce isolation, and strengthen family connections by providing free services, including support, referrals, activities, and life skills workshops to families in Hudson County. Mass transit connects us to surrounding cities in New Jersey and New York City, making the Success Center highly accessible to families from all over the county, including towns such as West New York, Guttenberg, Weehawken, and North Bergen.
We are located in a predominantly Spanish-speaking community, and our staff speaks both Spanish and English.

This year, our cherished toy coordinator had to step down from her volunteer role, and now we’re leaning on incredible supporters like you to ensure that every child in our community experiences the joy of the holidays. For the past seven years, this tradition has brought smiles to countless families, and we’d love for you to be a part of it.

Active Parenting
A comprehensive parenting program helping caregivers raise responsible, cooperative children who are able to resist negative peer pressure and thrive. The class explores important concepts such as how brain development affects children’s behavior and decision-making, improved discipline and communication, and how to prevent future use of tobacco, alcohol, and other drugs.

We assist elementary school children with their homework assignments on a weekly basis. Adult caregivers must drop off and pick up the children. They also must complete our consent form.

This is a peer-led support group for parents and caregivers in the community who have children with developmental disabilities. Together, we share resources, build connections, and share solutions to common barriers faced in our community. This group is held monthly in-person or hybrid via Zoom for those unable to come in person. The PAC includes active community participants and families who discuss and create new programs based on the current needs and interests of the community. Some programs created by the Advisory Board include Homework Club, Creative Corner, and Crochet and Coffee.
