SMART stands for Self-Management and Recovery Training. Smart Recovery offers a non-spiritual  solution for addiction, and is a popular alternative, or supplement, to the more spiritually focused 12-steps programs. SMART can help you: build and maintain motivation; cope with urges; manage  thoughts, feelings, and behaviors; and live a  balanced life.

These groups are in partnership with the Mental Health Association. UBW is a peer led daily meeting space on zoom to help individuals with mental health and substance use issues discussing an array of topics. Open to anyone no matter the journey you're on.

Need help with Homework? Reviewing for a test? Completing a Science Project? Practice your Spelling, Math, Reading; Refreshments are provided for students! Ideal for students from 1st – 6th grade! Join the Bayway Family Success Center for Parent Cafe, a special program for parents and guardians to connect, learn, and support one another. This safe and welcoming space will allow participants to discuss parenting strategies, share experiences, and build community with other parents.

One Day One Win Circle is a peer-led recovery support group centered on taking recovery one  day at a time and recognizing the value of small, meaningful victories. This group encourages participants to slow down, stay present, and focus on what they can do today to support their recovery.
