SMART stands for Self-Management and Recovery Training. Smart Recovery offers a non-spiritual solution for addiction, and is a popular alternative, or supplement, to the more spiritually focused 12-steps programs. SMART can help you: build and maintain motivation; cope with urges; manage thoughts, feelings, and behaviors; and live a balanced life.

Join the Bayway Family Success Center for Parent Cafe, a special program for parents and guardians to connect, learn, and support one another. This safe and welcoming space will allow participants to discuss parenting strategies, share experiences, and build community with other parents.

An alternative to 12-step meetings, “All Recovery” meetings welcome all who struggle with addiction, are affected by addiction, or support the recovery lifestyle. We support all pathways to recovery, meaning that all addictions are welcome. All recovery is a safe space for people to feel safe and supported during all stages of recovery.
