Join us every Saturday for a creative space to explore healing through art. No experience is necessary. Just a willingness to express yourself, reflect, and connect as we use different artistic mediums to process emotions, reduce stress, and support recovery together.

SMART stands for Self-Management and Recovery Training. Smart Recovery offers a non-spiritual solution for addiction, and is a popular alternative, or supplement, to the more spiritually focused 12-steps programs.
