Join us for Social Tuesday—a fun and interactive gathering for adults and seniors! Led by our wonderful volunteer, Katrina, enjoy various arts and crafts activities and great company in a relaxed, friendly environment. Come connect and have fun!
SMART stands for Self-Management and Recovery Training. Smart Recovery offers a non-spiritual solution for addiction, and is a popular alternative, or supplement, to the more spiritually focused 12-steps programs. SMART can help you: build and maintain motivation; cope with urges; manage thoughts, feelings, and behaviors; and live a balanced life.
These groups are in partnership with the Mental Health Association. UBW is a peer led daily meeting space on zoom to help individuals with mental health and substance use issues discussing an array of topics. Open to anyone no matter the journey you're on.
