SMART stands for Self-Management and Recovery Training. Smart Recovery offers a non-spiritual solution for addiction, and is a popular alternative, or supplement, to the more spiritually focused 12-steps programs. SMART can help you: build and maintain motivation; cope with urges; manage thoughts, feelings, and behaviors; and live a balanced life.

One Day One Win Circle is a peer-led recovery support group centered on taking recovery one  day at a time and recognizing the value of small, meaningful victories. This group encourages participants to slow down, stay present, and focus on what they can do today to support their recovery.

An alternative to 12-step meetings, “All Recovery” meetings welcome all who struggle with addiction, are affected by addiction, or support the recovery lifestyle.
