PSA Contest

Coming in the spring of 2025, this contest challenges high school students to make a 30-second video format Public Service Announcement message that increases awareness of the risks and consequences associated with substance use.

The PSA Contest is open to all Union County High School students. With the media continually glorifying substance use, our goal is to change the message. Through youth-designed media messaging, we can create positive community changes to reduce the use of substances by youth. The Union County PSA contest gives students the opportunity to send a powerful message to their peers and communities that substance use does not have to be a part of their lifestyle.

Students can express their creativity by producing a 30-second PSA. The winning student groups – First Place, First Runner Up, and Second Runner Up – will each receive a prize and have their PSA shown on the Prevention Links website and social media pages.
