Teen Speak
Teen Speak workshops provide parents and other supporting adults with the strategies, techniques, and answers they need to talk comfortably and confidently with their teens to reduce risks and build stronger relationships. This workshop will be offered in a hybrid format.
Girl Power
Join the NJ4S Team as they discuss ways to boost self-confidence and develop courage for young children. This workshop is for young girls, but all families are welcome to join.

Need help with Homework? Reviewing for a test? Completing a Science Project? Practice your Spelling, Math, Reading; Refreshments are provided for students! Ideal for students from 1st – 6th grade! NJ4S Cultural Competency
A Workshop for Middle & High School students teaching the principles of cultural awareness and acceptance. Describes how bias, stereotypes, and prejudice skew our perspectives while advocating for inclusion, diversity, and equity. Refreshments will be provided.

Join us for an afterschool program that provides youth and teens with the tools necessary to prevent substance abuse amongst themselves and peers!
Self-Esteem & Body Image (Ages 13+)
Join us for interactive workshops focused on building self-esteem and developinga healthy body image. Participants will engage in activities that promote self-love and self-care while exploring social influences and “-isms” that can impact confidence and identity.

Hudson County Information Kiosk
The Kiosk offers county-wide information and access to essential resource applications, including SNAP, WIC, Emergency Assistance (EA), and NJ Medicaid, through an on-site Chromebook. Services are available every Friday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM by appointment only—call 201.758.8792 to schedule an appointment.

Creative Corner
Offers projects that bring together neurodiverse and neurotypical children, fostering the development of protective factors for participants through visual and creative arts, as well as other forms of expression. Every Friday Starting at 3:30 pm– 4:30 pm.
