The Power Hour
The Power Hour is a structured, peer-led recovery group designed to help participants build stability, accountability, and practical coping skills. This group focuses on using the hour intentionally strengthening emotional regulation, decision-making, self-awareness, and healthy routines that support long-term recovery.
Teen Dating Violence Awareness, and American Heart: How Stress Impacts Both Mental and Heart Health

NJ SNAP Assistance (Per Appointment)
Once a month a representative comes to the center to assist families to apply for NJ SNAP benefits and answer any questions related to NJ SNAP. An appointment is required for assistance, please call us at 201-622-2210 to schedule a time.
Blackout Poetry
