The Power Hour is a structured, peer-led recovery group designed to help participants build stability, accountability, and practical coping skills. This group focuses on using the hour intentionally strengthening emotional regulation, decision-making, self-awareness, and healthy routines that support long-term recovery.

Beautiful Me is a transformative workshop created for women of all ages, from 5 to 105 years old, focused on strengthening self-esteem, self-confidence, and self-image. Through engaging, reflective, and creative activities, participants learned to recognize their worth, embrace their uniqueness, and build a healthy and positive relationship with themselves.

Open Painting offers a supportive space for creative self-expression through painting. Participants may follow a prepared style or choose to paint freely, using the process as a coping skill and a way to explore emotions in a relaxed group setting. One Day One Win Circle is a peer-led recovery support group centered on taking recovery one  day at a time and recognizing the value of small, meaningful victories. This group encourages participants to slow down, stay present, and focus on what they can do today to support their recovery.

Learn about a balanced diet, eating healthy on a budget, what do nutrition labels mean, and more; including social skills opportunities for the senior population and community connection for the program participants.
