The Power Hour
The Power Hour is a structured, peer-led recovery group designed to help participants build stability, accountability, and practical coping skills. This group focuses on using the hour intentionally strengthening emotional regulation, decision-making, self-awareness, and healthy routines that support long-term recovery.
Teen Dating Violence Awareness, and American Heart: Healthy Relationships as Mental Health Prevention
