This meeting begins with a topic of discussion and will end with the last 20 minutes of the group being dedicated to listening to a Guided Meditation based on the themes discussed.
All Recovery Meetings are meetings where people with all different types of backgrounds, either alcohol, drugs, food, nicotine, mental, or anything else, can come together to discuss their problems with the issue at hand and find solutions for them.
