An alternative to 12-step meetings, “All Recovery” meetings welcome all who struggle with addiction, are affected by addiction, or support the recovery lifestyle. This meeting begins with a topic of discussion and will end with the last 20 minutes of the group being dedicated to listening to a Guided Meditation based on the themes discussed.
