The goal of this youth enrichment program is to empower young people by fostering resilience, building self-confidence, and enhancing social-emotional competence. Through engaging, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate activities, the program aims to strengthen youth social connections and equip them with the tools to navigate challenges, build healthy relationships, and thrive in their communities.

This meeting is based off of watching a 5-15 minute video on YouTube from thought provoking, inspiration and educational channels. After watching the video, we then go around to discuss the meeting discussing what each person got out of the video.
Learn about a balanced diet, eating healthy on a budget, what do nutrition labels mean, and more; including social skills opportunities for the senior population and community connection for the program participants.
