An alternative to 12-step meetings, “All Recovery” meetings welcome all who struggle with addiction, are affected by addiction, or support the recovery lifestyle. SMART stands for Self-Management and Recovery Training. Smart Recovery offers a non-spiritual solution for addiction, and is a popular alternative, or supplement, to the more spiritually focused 12-steps programs. The Power Hour is a structured, peer-led recovery group designed to help participants build stability, accountability, and practical coping skills. This group focuses on using the hour intentionally strengthening emotional regulation, decision-making, self-awareness, and healthy routines that support long-term recovery.
