Each week, we have the opportunity to engage with constituents and participants, creating space for conversation, support, and connection. These moments highlight the power of shared lived experiences in inspiring meaningful change and building lasting relationships with both our partners and the individuals we serve.
SMART stands for Self-Management and Recovery Training. Smart Recovery offers a non-spiritual solution for addiction, and is a popular alternative, or supplement, to the more spiritually focused 12-steps programs. SMART can help you: build and maintain motivation; cope with urges; manage thoughts, feelings, and behaviors; and live a balanced life.

This program builds family skills and knowledge about how childhood experiences can influence our adult behaviors and beliefs. the program includes dinner, childcare, and participation incentive.
