SMART stands for Self-Management and Recovery Training. Smart Recovery offers a non-spiritualĀ solution for addiction, and is a popular alternative, or supplement, to the more spiritually focused 12-steps programs. SMART can help you: build and maintain motivation; cope with urges; manageĀ thoughts, feelings, and behaviors; and live aĀ balanced life.
These groups are in partnership with the Mental Health Association. UBW is a peer led daily meeting space on zoom to help individuals with mental health and substance use issues discussing an array of topics. Open to anyone no matter the journey you're on.

One Day One Win Circle is a peer-led recovery support group centered on taking recovery oneĀ day at a time and recognizing the value of small, meaningful victories. This group encourages participants to slow down, stay present, and focus on what they can do today to support their recovery.
