Support Group: Enhance awareness, and educate about the system of care and all the available resources in your community! Receive support and guidance in a family oriented environment.

In collaboration with Family Partners of Hudson County, Liberty FSC will be co-facilitating a support group called Special Angels for parents and caregivers of children with special needs.
