For the past two years, through a partnership with Prevention is Key and with support from the NJ Division of Mental Health and Addiction Services, we’ve been offering Recovery Management Check-Ups (RMC): regular phone calls from peer recovery specialists to people leaving treatment.
These check-ins aren’t just calls, they’re lifelines.
We’ve helped people facing homelessness find shelter.
We’ve tracked down prescribers when someone couldn’t access their medication.
We’ve connected people with sober social activities when isolation was putting their recovery at risk.
