Hudson County Pathways to Success

Pathways to Success in partnership with the Mental Health Association of New Jersey and the Department of Labor will empower and collaborate with Hudson County Residents to address and eliminate barriers to employment with:

• Employment case management
• Career readiness
• Job coaching
• Job search
• Supportive services
• Industry-valued credentials
• Post-employment supports

Participants can be referred through treatment providers, peer and family support agencies, the Hudson County One Stop, and educational institutions with programs for behavioral health care peer credentials and self-referrals in English and Spanish.
