Frank Greenagel, MPAP, MSW, LCSW, LCADC, ICADC, CASAC, ACSW, CJC, CCS, is a clinical social worker who specializes in addiction & recovery treatment. He is licensed in NJ, NY, and PA. He is the Recovery Supervisor at Prevention Links and overseas the Raymond J. Lesniak Experience Strength and Hope Recovery High School. Frank provides supervision for the Recovery High School staff through weekly team meetings and one-on-one sessions. He provides the staff with feedback and guidance regarding any issues that arise with the students. Frank strives to help the students produce meaningful and long-term sobriety. He wants to see that students at the Recovery High School work towards greater achievements after graduating high school.

Samuel Montanez, MSW, LSW, CPRS, SSW, is the Transition Coordinator at The Raymond J. Lesniak Experience Strength and Hope Recovery High School. He works with students struggling with substance use disorders, and provides support to their families in adjusting to the transition to the Recovery High School experience. Sam’s day to day tasks include but are not limited to overseeing the Mentors at the high school, communicating with the Union County Vocational School, keeping in touch with students and their parents, and outreach. Sam understands the profound importance of trust and building relationships with the students, he truly cares for their well-being and success.

Sara attended Rutgers University where she majored in Psychology, English, and recently completed her certification to become an English teacher in the state of New Jersey. Sara is passionate about her work and is eager to find creative ways to engage students in their learning and recovery processes. Sara meets with the students to develop a suitable recovery plan; she meets regularly with a Clinical Supervisor to discuss how to best help the students. Sara, along with other staff members, runs weekly groups that educate and inform the students about a variety of topics. These groups consist of information on additional recovery supports, discuss life skills, and address current events. Sara not only provides the students with group and recovery support, but she also offers additional tutoring sessions for the student’s English class.
