Mission

To holistically address barriers individuals impacted by opioids are facing so they may find gainful employment and long term employment.

Description

Pathways to Success is a workforce support program in partnership with the Mental Health Association of New Jersey and the Department of Labor. Our goal is to empower and collaborate with local Residents to address and eliminate barriers to employment with:

  • Employment case management
  • Career readiness
  • Job coaching
  • Job search
  • Supportive services
  • Industry-valued credentials
  • Post-employment supports

Participants can be referred through treatment providers, peer and family support agencies, the Hudson County One Stop, and educational institutions with programs for behavioral health care peer credentials.  Self-referrals are also accepted.

This program is available to both in English and Spanish speakers.
