Pre-historic Pals

Prehistoric Pals is a series of lessons designed to provide young children with the necessary skills to express and deal successfully with feelings of anger and rage, to respect other people’s property, and how to stand up for yourself. Throughout this course, five prehistoric puppets offer the audience positive alternatives to violence, vandalism, and victimization that are practical and easy to understand.

Forest Friends

Forest Friends is a developmental puppet program designed to help children learn basic life skills and character enhancement that they will use their entire life. Each session includes a story portrayed by animal puppets, a discussion, and an activity to reinforce the lesson conveyed by the story.

Footprints for Life

Footprints for Life builds internal assets and teaches the important life skills students need to grow up healthy and drug-free. Through the use of puppets and stories that feature “real life” situations experienced by a children’s soccer team, the program offers opportunities for students to practice the new skills they have learned in a fun and non-threatening way.

Keep a Clear Mind-Keep

Keep A Clear Mind is a parent-child take-home program for substance misuse prevention education. Each student receives four activity books (alcohol, tobacco, marijuana, good choices), four student incentives (bumper sticker, bookmark, pencil, bracelet, or key chain), and five parent newsletters. Students take the activity books home, one per week, and do the program with their parents. Students receive an incentive each time they bring back a contract signed by their parent/guardian indicating they have worked with their child to complete the activity book. After four weeks of activity books, the newsletters are sent home on a weekly or bi-weekly basis to reinforce learning.
