The Law and Public Safety Grant is an exciting new partnership for Prevention Links. With funding made available through the State of New Jersey Office of the Attorney General Department of Law and Public Safety's Neighborhood Crime Prevention-Intervention Program, Prevention Links is partnering with the Hillside Police Department and the Roselle Police Department to specifically help empower and protect our youth from the challenging influences that surround them within their communities.

By providing resources, activities and opportunities for our 'at risk youth' to interact with their community police officers, we hope to dissuade and deter our young people from entering into the prison population.

Currently, this program takes place in Roselle and Hillside and offers youth a chance to get involved in recreational activities with township police who assists them in building discipline and team-building skills.
